Friday 10.28.11 Black Bear Saloon & Up Or On The Rocks bring you NIGHTMARE ON ALLYN STREET- Hartford's Halloween Block Party! We are transforming the block into an all out horror fest and terrifying ALL night with live DJs & Bands! Go crazy with your costumes- we are giving away over $5000 in cash and prizes for our costume contests with a $2500 CASH prize for the best group costume! Doors open at 5pm, free admission before 7pm. Beware, this is not for the timid- this party is going to be KILLER.
